Ab August haben wir eine von der Holacracy inspirierte Organisation eingef\u00fchrt und werden dabei von der Firma Evolve begleitet. Diese unterst\u00fctzt uns bei der Umsetzung dieses neuen Modells durch die Schaffung von Arbeitskreisen, die Definition individueller Rollen und deren Entwicklung, um die Autonomie jedes Mitarbeiters und jeder Mitarbeiterin des BZIV zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<p>Um den Austritt von Adelbert Bucher zu kompensieren und zuk\u00fcnftige Herausforderungen zu antizipieren, wurde das Team des BZIV durch die Ankunft von zwei neuen Ausbildungsleitern verst\u00e4rkt: Pierre Montandon seit dem 15. Juli und Simone Zaremba seit dem 1. Oktober.
